Heritage & Evolution
Ever-Power traces its roots to one of China's earliest gas compressor manufacturers, established in 1951. Originally a state-designated key enterprise in the national compressor industry, the company underwent comprehensive shareholding restructuring in 2000 and completed a major facility modernization in 2010. Today, our headquarters in China anchors global operations, with our Singapore branch office serving as the strategic hub for international sales, technical support, and ATEX compliance certification.
Integrated Manufacturing
Our campus features dedicated production facilities including a foundry, precision machining center, pressure vessel fabrication shop, and final assembly plant. A fully equipped compressor research institute drives continuous innovation in piston ring materials, valve dynamics, and thermal management. Supporting departments span sales, marketing, aftermarket service, finance, manufacturing planning, supply chain, process engineering, and quality assurance.
Manufacturing Facilities
Three dedicated production zones ensuring end-to-end quality control from raw casting to final assembly
Foundry
In-house casting of crankcases, cylinder bodies, and valve seats using resin sand molding and induction melting for uniform metallurgical integrity.
Precision Machining
CNC vertical lathes, horizontal boring mills, and grinding centers achieve micron-level tolerances on piston rods, crossheads, and cylinder bores.
Final Assembly
Modular assembly bays with overhead cranes up to 50 tons. Each unit undergoes hydrostatic testing, no-load run-in, and full-load performance validation.
